Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the products delivered, return is easy and hassle-free. You can either return the product at our Luaib branch OR contact our customer care (33557455) and request for our In-House delivery team to pick up your return.

What is Vitamin Pharmacy’s return policy?

Return or Exchange will be accepted within 72 hours of online purchase. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels. Please note that the conditions for requesting return/refund depends on the type of product. Products such as Baby milk products, temperature-sensitive items, inhaler devices and personal use items like socks, earrings are prohibited for returns/refund.

How long does it take to Refund?

A refund will be automatically initiated when your order is canceled by our team or you have initiated the cancellation. Refund will also be processed if order or payment has been unsuccessful. You will be notified through SMS or email once the refund is completed. For Credit/Debit card transactions, payments will be refunded to the respective card and may take up to 15 business days depending on the bank.

How do I return products?

The return of products can be initiated by sending a mail to orders@vitaminqatar.com OR by calling directly to our customer care at +974-33557455 anytime between 07.00 am to 10.00 pm.

After submitting my return request, what should I do?

One of our customer support team will get in touch with you for the scheduled pickup and you will be guided through the refund process.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • All refund and exchange process will be done at Vitamin Pharmacy, Al Furjan Souq-55, Luaib branch
  • The Item must be in its original & unopened/sealed packaging & in re-sellable condition.
  • The original sales receipt should be presented while requesting for refund.
  • All items under promotion & free gift items should be included in the return and should be in good condition.
  • A copy of credit/ debit card used for the payment should be presented for refund request.
  • Full refund will be provided within seven (7) days from date of purchase for regular-priced items with manufacturing defect or not in conformity with prescribed standard specifications.
  • Exchange for regular-priced items can be returned within one-week (7) days from date of purchase.
  • Exchange for items on promotion or sold at reduced price can be returned within three (3) days from date of purchase.
  • Exchange of products of damaged electrical items (Under warranty) will be done only if damage was NOT due to customers fault or mishandling.

     

    Products NOT accepted for return or exchange:

    • All medicine products, food products & baby milk.
    • Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics.
    • Items stored in the fridge under 8 ̊ C.
    • Personal use items & wearables like supports & socks.
    • Sprays, aerosols, inhalers & inhaler devices.
    • Used wheel chairs & walking aids/ supports.
    • Damaged electrical items beyond the warranty period.

      Mode of refund for returned items:

       

      • Items paid in cash – refund in cash.
      • Items paid using credit card or debit card – refund by bank to the same credit/debit card account.
