- How to useAdults and children 4 years and above. For children 4-11 years: 2-3 sprays in the mouth or back of the mouth on the affected area – every 2-3 hours. For a adults and children over 12 years: 2-4 sprays in the mouth or back of the mouth on the affected area – every 2-3 hours. 3-6 Times a day as needed
